CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOWS

We know life happens! If it’s more than 12 hours before your appointment, you can cancel or adjust your appointment time in your Haus account or by contacting the Haus where you are booked.   
In order to protect our Esthies’ time, no-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of appointments will be charged 50% of booked services.
To cancel or reschedule, login to your Haus account HERE. Contact information for every location is listed on our Hauses pages.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Face Haus purchase you can return products unopened and in their original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of purchase.

HOW TO RETURN

Please contact info@thefacehaus.com to inquire about a return. Customers who purchase products from thefacehaus.com must return the items to:

For products purchased from Amazon or other authorized resellers, please contact that retailer for return/exchange information. We can only accept returns/exchanges for orders placed with thefacehaus.com directly.

SHIPPING

We offer complimentary USPS ground shipping on all orders of $50 or more. Face Haus does not ship outside the United States and does not process orders during weekends or holidays.
