Issue with opened product

Dear Face Haus Team,

I am contacting you regarding my recent order FH-2709. Upon delivery, I noticed that one of the “The Peoples Wash Nourishing Cleansing Oils” was opened, and some of the product leaked onto my other items.

I genuinely love your brand and have been a loyal customer, but I stopped ordering from Amazon due to recurring issues with receiving opened products. When I saw that this item was finally available again on your website (after being out of stock every time I checked), I was excited to purchase more than usual, as I really enjoy your products. So, I’m disappointed to encounter this issue once again.

I’m unable to determine how much of the product has leaked out, which is why I’m reaching out for assistance. I just opened the package and noticed the issue, and I have attached pictures for your reference.

TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!

This product has the effects of retinol but is soft and non-abrasive on my skin.

OBSESSED

I've been using this for 2 weeks and my skin is glowing. I live in Florida and am usually scared of using Retinols bc of the sun, so I was excited to try a natural retinol which is less harsh and my skin hasn't has sensitive to the sun.

Best Natural Retinol!

Retinols are typically too harsh for my sensitive skin which is why The Trailblazer is the BEST - it's natural and made from bakuchiol which is much easier on my skin. I LOVE IT!
